‘If only I had listened to my intuition, none of this would have happened!'' sighed a close friend of mine. ‘If only I had a dollar for every time I have heard that…even from my own mouth.' I thought. We can all tell war stories of when we didn't use our intuition. We could have won at the race track, bought a different car, avoided involvement with a certain person, let go of a business opportunity, taken up a business opportunity, bought or sold, shares, land at a better time etc. If only …..
Happily we can equally tell stories when our intuition has beneficially influenced our lives. And in some cases, saved our lives.
We are more likely to be 'on track' when using our intuition.
Hindsight allows you to back track to pivotal moments of consciousness, to that exact moment when your intuition, either through your body or your mind, gave you information, an option, a flash of recognition. Something that, had you paid attention to and taken action on, would change your life, either in a subtle or dramatic life-changing way.
When that happened, several distinct changes would have taken in your body. There would be changes in muscle tension, a feeling of lightness, heaviness, expansion or contraction. Your body offers messages depending on whether it wants to move forward, move away or stop. In hindsight you can track these changes and notice which decisions would have lead you to a better place. There is no waste of experience. Both‘good' or ‘bad' offers information. As you gather these subtle hints from your body/mind to your consciousness, you can also take them into the future.
The next time you have to make a decision, pay attention to your body. Does it beckon you forward, warn you or tell you to stop? Every body ‘speaks' in unique ways. Our task is to pay attention and listen more closely. At the least, it may save you some pain or lead you to options you may not have considered. At best, it may just save your life.

| The Spring Cleaning Program was very satisfying. Short, sharp and to the point. I had intended it to be available only until the end of October, but on reflection, it is truly useful at any time of year. While I won't be specifically promoting it, call me if you want to enjoy the benefits of a clear head and a clean environment.
Presently, I am researching and developing new coaching programs and e-courses (one topic or lesson a week for X number of weeks, sent via email). I could guess what you want but I would rather you tell me. Your suggestions are invaluable. If you could solve three things if you life, what would be on your wish list? Either specific or general topics are of useful at this stage. Later I may need your assistance to refine topics. A number of those who participate will have an opportunity to beta test the new programs. So, if you have any ideas or burning issues, please email me your thoughts. By the way, I don't pretend to know all that there is to know. However if your topics/issues are within my realm of expertise, there is enough interest and I feel I can contribute I'll take it further.
