Shiatsu 60 minutes $70
With Shiatsu the therapist uses natural body weight (finger, thumbs, elbows, forearms, feet and knees) in applying pressure to special points on the body. This is combined with stretches, joint rotations and joint manipulation to give an all-over treatment, which aims at treating the patient on a holistic level.

Pregnancy Massage 75 minutes $80
With body cushion, a specially designed cushion that provides optimal spinal positioning and decompression for a soothing and comforting massage to nurture and relax the mother-to-be. This massage is a wonderful way to relief the many discomforts during pregnancy. Light, massaging strokes are performed on you to help relief backaches, a stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches, edema, and sore, swollen, ankles and feet. You and baby will feel calm and refreshed!

Cleansing Facial and Swedish Massage 90 minutes $90
Enjoy a full cleansing facial, which will leave your skin glowing. Lie back and relax while your skin is cleansed and scrubbed. Then experience the bliss of a facial massage. Treat the rest of your body to a sixty minute full body Swedish massage. Alleviate muscle pain and fatigue with this luxurious treatment. Leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Hot Rock Massage 75 minutes $90
Stone therapy is an ancient form of healing which involves the use of hot basalt and cold marble stones. The deep penetrating heat of the stones induces relaxation and stress reduction, assists detoxification of the body and may relieve chronic pain.

Reflexology 45 minutes $50
Reflexology is based on the principle that congestion or tension in any part of the foot mirrors congestion or tension in a corresponding part of the body. These parts, known as reflex points, can also be found on the hands and other body parts, however, the most commonly treated area is the feet.

Acupressure 1.5 hrs $130
Using finger, thumb and hand pressure the acupuncture points and meridians are utilized to create calm, stimulation or balance within the body systems. Excellent for an all-over body ‘tune up', or for a wide range of specific ailments.

Qigong Therapy 1.5 hrs $130
Qigong is the mother of self-healing – Qi meaning Energy & Life Force and Gong meaning Practice. This combination of techniques works on different levels of the body using strength to relieve pressure and stress in the physical body together with the revitalizing techniques of Qigong to restore internal energy and natural healing in all of the organs and meridians.

Deep Tissue Massage 1.5 hrs $130
Excellent for chronic tightness, persistent aches and pains resulting from old injury and scar tissue, and for those who experience muscle spasms. Improves circulation, muscle relaxation, range of motion about the joints, and pain reduction.

Indian Head Massage 30 minutes $40
Indian Head Massage is a technique of manipulating soft tissues in the shoulders and scalp. The therapist uses a range of different massage pressures and rhythms to stimulate the head and neck area.

Hopi Ear Candle 45 minutes $50
The basic process involves the use of a specially made hollow candle, which is held gently on the edge of the ear to create a vacuum in the ear, which draws out old wax, residues of past infection and fungus. Candling is said to stimulate the immune system and peripheral blood circulation.
